The nuFACTS suite has three parts with the user having complete control over what will be used and where at the establishment through a password protected access screen.
Part A - Back of House
Construct prep label data.
Breakeven analysis
Daily cash reconciliation
Employee records
Part B – Kitchen Application
This is located on a computer in the kitchen and will allow kitchen employees to:
Produce prep labels.
View and print recipes.
Part C – Front of House
This is located on computer in the restaurant that can be accessed by customers and/or servers.
The system will allow customers to create their meal from any number of menu items and display and print the total Nutrition Facts together with the Glycemic Index. In addition Allergies can be identified in menu items and displayed or printed at the terminal.
